2nd Birthday of Mustafa and Fatima

Alhamdolillah, Mustafa and Fatima are not two years old.....we celebrate their birthday on 23rd Feb 2012. When, they were born, life seems very changed....all time busy life.... but now it looks like..we blinked our eyes and they become 2 yrs old. :D  Arshia made a wonderful cake....very tasty, very good looking and really cool cake....On this birthday.....I am again thinking the same question.....Am I giving enough time to my family, to my kids.....or I am really gone into my research work.........I hope everything will go fine and one day in future, when we (me and my family) will look back at the past time.......a smile will appear on our faces, unconsciously........ Happy Birthday Mustafa and Fatima....!!

Trip to Germany

Last week, we (me and family) went to Germany... I had to attend International Semantic Web Conference and one of the workshop (EvoDyn) where I was presenting my research paper......The trip was a complete success...My family really enjoyed the tourism part and I enjoyed tourism plus semantic web conference...It was really nice to meet the researcher under one roof and discussing different research aspects...Keynotes were really great.......would love to attend again ISWC next year....

One Step further towards PhD Dissertation

Today , 30th Sep 2011, I have started preparing PhD thesis outline....I need to prepare a detailed table of content, so that we can see, whether there are any missing gaps to be fulfilled....... 
Thanks God, I have reached to this milestone by the grace of God. I know, God will take me further too...
Me and my colleague "Yalemisew" are supposed to submit our final thesis dissertation by the end of June 2012. So, we need to work hard now....need to complete first draft as soon as possible....


My family, especially my wife, has really supported me a lot...and I know they will support me ALWAYS......till the END.

Trip to London

Last week, we had a lovely and full of joy visit of London city. We took a lot of snaps and kids especially Yahya enjoyed it a lot....We visited the places such as London Bridge, Buckingham Palace, London Eye etc. Every evening, we had a lovely Pakistani Dinner, credit goes to Idrees Bhai, Usman and Faisal Bhai..... Planning to have one another visit in coming months, but thinking of going to Scotland this time.....


Moreover, I attended one of the workshop at CAiSE 2011. I presented my research work. the feedback was quite positive and helpful to guide my future research directions.

3rd Birthday of Yahya

Today is 3rd birthday of my son "Yahya". I think today is the day to thank Allah for what he has given to me in a form of a lovely family. Three cute children (MashAllah)... and it is like I (and my wife) are not able to choose one of them to say that Yes he/she is more cute than other...Tenoon apni misaal ap hein :) (Urdu Lang.) THANK YOU SO MUCH ALLAH.....jitna shukar adda karoon kam hey....THANK THANKS THANKS......may Allah give Yahya and my other family a prosper life and use us for his cause/work, Ameen.

Guest Online Lecture - SZABIST, Islamabad Campus

Yesterday, I delivered an online guest lecture to MS(CS) students of SZABIST, Islamabad Campus. The lecture was a higher level overview of my research. Though we faced some technical difficulties but it was really wonderful. The aim was to give MS students a taste of research domain. It was really encouraging for me and some kind of self satisfaction that even though I am far from my home country but still trying to contribute in the development/growth of Pakistani students.
